POSITION: Receptionist/Customer Relations Representative
Established in 1987, Josef Silny & Associates, Inc., International Education Consultants (JS&A) evaluates foreign academic credentials from more than 150 countries for admission and transfer into U.S. high schools and institutions of higher education, immigration, licensing, employment, and a variety of other reasons. In addition, JS&A offers a professional translation service. Josef Silny is the former Director of International Admissions at the University of Miami.
The clerical staff member will be responsible for helping clients in person and by telephone, typing, data entry and other responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Director for Customer Relations and Training. JS&A provides a pleasant working environment. Opportunities for advancement are available.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
Must be a high school graduate. Associate degree or completion of college coursework is preferred. Good typing skills and knowledge of Word are necessary. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The ideal candidate has good organizational skills, works well independently, is detail oriented, and is interested in other cultures. Drug testing is required of the candidate offered this position.
SALARY: Current salary is $24,960
Effective with June 15th payroll it will be $31,200
